From factory floors to an AI operating system
Before Vortinx, we built warehouse automation software, PLC integrations, telemetry platforms, and factory applications. We worked directly on the manufacturing floor — writing PLC logic, configuring SCADA, and connecting multi-million-dollar legacy ERP systems.
Every plant showed the same friction. Managers printed dispatch schedules on paper. Warehouse operators wrote stock counts by hand and retyped them days later. Machine telemetry lived in one silo. Business systems lived in another.
Every deployment taught us the same lesson. We weren't fixing manufacturing — we were connecting isolated systems one customer at a time. Eventually we realized the real product wasn't another integration. It was the platform that connected everything.
Manufacturers don't need more disconnected modules. They need one operating system between machines, documents, and business processes — that continuously learns from outcomes.
Factories don't need another dashboard. They need software that understands the entire factory.
ERP records the business. PLCs run the machines. Vortinx connects both.
